Joe Fredericks
Operations Manager
Joe Fredericks is Cinderella's Operations Manager. Prior to joining Cinderella in March 2011, Joe was a Distribution Supervisor at Meijer's main warehouse in Lansing and a Shift Manager with Ryder Logistics. Joe likes working at Cinderella because of the challenge of trying to find ways to improve the company's operations. This is a great industry in his eyes because the products sold are designed for fun – everybody loves a pool.
Joe enjoys riding his dirt bike, reading, and spending time with his family, especially his fiancé Angela and daughter Katie.
