Jeff Smith
Operations Manager
Jeff started at Cinderella in 1996 as the Traffic and Compliance Director. He now serves as Operations Manager for the entire company. Jeff is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all of Cinderella’s warehouse employees and drivers. He also oversees the company’s OSHA, DOT, and HAZMAT compliance efforts. Jeff compares working in the pool industry in Michigan in the summer to playing in a championship basketball or football game, as “there’s a new mountain of work to be done every day, and if the team works well together, we win.”
Jeff’s hometown is Columbus, Ohio, and he was a member of the basketball team at The Ohio State University in the early 1970s. Prior to coming to Cinderella, Jeff worked for 22 years in management and sales for Nationwide LTL trucking companies. Jeff and his wife Melissa reside in Bridgeport, Michigan. He enjoys relaxing with music and playing the keyboard and is an avid jogger, biker, and weight trainer.
